About the Role
As a Multi-Skilled Painter, you are the guardian of our final product. You will handle the entire refinishing journey, ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous quality standards. Your duties will include:
- Elite Refinishing: Expertly applying water-based and 2k paint systems to cars and commercial vehicles, from initial preparation and masking to final paint and high-end polishing.
- Technical Precision: Maintaining manufacturer repair practices at all times to ensure a factory-perfect finish and long-lasting durability.
- Booth & Equipment Care: Taking full ownership of the spray booth environment. This includes regular maintenance, filter changes, and ensuring the booth remains a sterile, "clean-floor" zone.
- Workshop Pride: Keeping your work area and mixing room impeccably clean and tidy. You will look after your equipment and ensure our facility remains a professional environment that impresses every client who walks through the door.
- Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to COSHH and Health & Safety regulations, ensuring correct PPE usage and safe chemical storage.
Requirements
Experience: Significant industry experience in vehicle refinishing, including proven expertise with water-based and 2k systems on both cars and commercial vehicles.
Qualifications: Ideally Level 3 NVQ/ATA or equivalent in Vehicle Refinishing.
Eye for Detail: A perfectionist’s approach to prep, colour matching, and finishing. "Good enough" is not in our vocabulary.
Work Ethic: A highly motivated individual who can work to given timescales while maintaining a "right first time" mentality.
Standards: Someone who naturally takes pride in their workspace. You must be committed to our foundational goal of a clean, orderly, and professional workshop at all times.
