About the Role
As an Estimator & Operations Assistant, you are a brand ambassador and a key support to the Body Shop Manager. This is a dynamic, all-rounder role where you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business while maintaining our high standards.
Your duties will include:
- Vehicle Estimation: Supporting the Manager in creating accurate damage assessments and repair plans, ensuring they meet manufacturer and insurance standards.
- Customer Excellence: Acting as the first point of contact—answering phones, liaising with customers, and providing professional updates that reflect our Customer Obsessed value.
- Operational Support: Assisting with stock takes, ordering consumables, and ensuring the team has the parts and tools needed to maintain momentum.
- Safety & Standards: Conducting regular safety checks and site inspections to ensure our Showroom Standards and Health & Safety protocols are consistently met.
- Logistics: Safely moving vehicles around the estate and workshop, ensuring parking compliance and the security of all customer assets.
- Site Management: Handling general tasks to support the team, including securing the building for closure and ensuring the unit is always client-ready.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience within a bodyshop or automotive environment is preferred, but a high-level of professional all-round operational experience will be considered.
The "Revive" Mindset: You must be highly motivated, organised, and have a natural eye for detail. You are someone who notices a messy area or a safety risk and takes action to fix it before being asked.
Communication: Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills. You must be able to represent the business professionally to both the landlord and our premium clients.
Work Ethic: A proactive team player who is happy to "muck in" where needed—whether that’s supporting an estimate, moving a car, or tidying the office.
