About the Role
As a Painter, you are responsible for the most visible part of our reputation. Working in a brand-new, modern booth, you will ensure every vehicle is refinished to a factory-standard or better.
Your duties will include:
High-Standard Application: Applying water-based and 2k paint systems with precision, achieving perfect colour matches and a defect-free finish on all vehicle types.
- Booth Excellence: Taking total pride in the spray booth environment. You will ensure the booth is kept sterile and Showroom Clean, overseeing filter health and floor maintenance to prevent contamination.
- Quality Control: Inspecting prep-work before paint application and ensuring the final finish meets our Precision Over Everything value before the vehicle moves to the next stage.
- Workshop Pride: Maintaining an impeccably tidy mixing room and work area. We want our team to work in a fantastic place, which means equipment is looked after and the workspace is kept orderly at all times.
- Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, ensuring you and your team are working in a safe, compliant, and professional manner.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a high-volume or high-quality bodyshop environment. Experience with both cars and commercial vehicles is a distinct advantage.
Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ/ATA or equivalent in Vehicle Refinishing is preferred.

Technical Skill: Deep understanding of modern paint systems, colour mixing, and clear-coat application techniques.
Teamwork: A positive attitude and a willingness to work closely with the Panel and Prep teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional workflow.
